Ticketing Policies
All ticket sales are final. Programs, artists, dates, times, seating configurations, and ticket prices are subject to change without notice. The venue reserves the right to make adjustments to performances, seating assignments, or event schedules when necessary. Tickets are revocable licenses that may be withdrawn at any time for violation of venue policies.
Tickets should be purchased only through the venue’s authorized sales channels. The venue cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers and reserves the right to refuse admission for fraudulent, duplicated, altered, or invalid tickets.
Forest Theater is a paperless venue and uses digital tickets only for admission. You can access your digital tickets via your ticket wallet at wallet.foresttheaterdallas.org using your Forest Theater login credentials. Your QR code will be activated 24 hours before showtime. Do not screenshot your QR code – it refreshes every 30 seconds to keep your tickets safe from fraud.
For assistance retrieving your digital tickets, please contact the Box Office at 214-971-8868 or boxoffice@foresttheaterdallas.org. You can also arrive early and get assistance with your ticket wallet at the Patron Tech Desk inside the lobby. If you do not have a smartphone, please contact the Box Office to arrange pickup at Will Call.
Plans changed? You can share your tickets directly from your ticket wallet. For more information on what to do, please visit our digital tickets instruction page.
Tickets are non-refundable except when an event is canceled and not rescheduled.
If an event is canceled, ticket holders may be offered one or more of the following options:
- A refund to the original form of payment
- On account credit for future purchases
- The opportunity to donate the ticket value to support the venue’s programs and operations
Service charges, handling fees, and delivery fees are non-refundable.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. Refund eligibility for rescheduled events will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to ticket holders.
Ticket exchanges may be permitted for select events, subject to availability and event-specific restrictions.
Requests for exchanges must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Exchange fees may apply. If the new ticket has a higher value, the patron is responsible for paying the difference. If the new ticket has a lower value, the difference will be forfeited or converted to a donation.
Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for exchanges.
Out of respect for performers and fellow patrons, performances begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
Late seating is not guaranteed and may be delayed until an appropriate break in the performance. Patrons arriving after the performance has begun may be seated in alternative locations at the discretion of house management.
Unless otherwise noted, all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the venue.
Certain performances may have age recommendations or restrictions. Children who are unable to remain seated or whose behavior disrupts the performance may be asked to leave the auditorium with their accompanying adult.
The venue is committed to providing an accessible and welcoming experience for all guests.
Accessible seating, companion seating, assistive listening devices, and other accommodations are available upon request and subject to availability. Patrons requiring accommodation are encouraged to contact the Box Office at 214-971-8868 or boxoffice@foresttheaterdallas.org in advance of the performance.
The venue reserves the right to cancel tickets suspected of being purchased for unauthorized resale, broker activity, or fraudulent purposes.
Authorized ticket transfer is through the ticket wallet only.
The venue shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.
The venue reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on the venue’s website and through the Box Office.
